How do you ensure vinyl records are not damaged during shipping?
We use specialized, heavy-duty corrugated cardboard mailers designed specifically for vinyl. Each record is reinforced with stiffener pads to prevent corner dings and ring wear during transit.
What is your return policy for opened media?
We accept returns within 30 days. While sealed items can be returned for any reason, opened records or CDs can only be returned if they are found to be defective or warped upon arrival.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our entire catalog worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
